I haven't gone quite as hot as ipscchef, but I have some 310 grain SWC loads using 21.5 grains of 296 and they do pretty well from my 7.5" Redhawk. I haven't had a chance to try them yet in my 4" Redhawk, but I imagine the fireball should be showy.
