Gunsmithing by Roy Dunlap is a very good classic if somewhat dated.
All of the Gunsmith Kinks (1-4) from Brownells are great.
The NRA Gunsmithing Guide-Updated is good.
The Amateur Guncraftsman by James V. Howe is very dated (1938) but has some good info.
Modern Gunsmithing by Clyde Baker is even more dated (1928) but is considered a standard in the field.
