Being new to reloading I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I just received my Lyman 49th, and was disappointed in the load data for 9mm or lack there of. There is no loading for 124gr fmj's.

I am looking to reload for IDPA and USPSA minor. I would like to shoot 124gr fmj's at about 1050fps (give or take 50fps). I was thinking about going with titegroup or wsf. I understand these are pretty different powders. I would also like to duplicate nato ballistics as well just for plinking as my favorite factory load is GECO Nato, which is very hard to come by any more. If someone could point me to a manual with more 9mm data than the lyman, I would much appreciate it.
