The warranted marked locks didn't come about til 1840 or so but they were still making percussion guns up until around WWI so its anybody's guess unless you can track down the years the maker was in business. Like Rifleman said value isn't usually very much on those old guns unless its by a well known maker or has some sort of historical provenance. Usually a few hundred bucks in good shape. That side plate will hurt value a good bit even if the stock isn't cracked. All those extra holes is just as bad if not worse.
