I am usually not one to mention price when someone ask for advice on particular items I usually just comment on the items in question, but in this case I find I must. I have a few different rails Troy, Midwest Industries, YHM to name a few, never had Daniel Defense and at the $$$ they want I never will. I just don't see a forearm quad rail being worth $400.00 there are others that will do the exact same thing at 1/2 the price, if you want to pay for a name go for it, but I believe anything over $250.00 for a quad rail and you have reached the point of diminishing returns and are just paying for the brand name. I am sure the Fortis Rev would be strong enough unless you are planning on using it to drive rail road spikes....
