Yep, on the right side of the action where the LSHO lever is...you need to remove material from the inside of the stock so that it has free movement, it will lock up the whole action if it can't move.

Next thing to check is the action screws that hold it to the stock...many folks end up pilalr bedding these stocks because the plastic squishes in and they tighten down too much and they get the problem you describe.
