There are specific rules for the "Retail Deals and Feedback" forum, and generic replies from folks who do not or have not dealt with the company do not meet those rules.
Second, we have had more than our fill of "Price Gouging" threads and we really don't need to beat that poor, old, dead horse anymore.
Search the forum for "gouging" and you'll find all the opinions you want, and more.
For those reasons...
