You'll want to be detailed with your notes, especially if there will be significant time before you shoot.make sure you capture:
Bullet info, weight, manufacturer, type (flat base, boat tail)
Powder charge
Oval
Case info (times loaded, new, trimmed, not trimmed..)
Primer manufacturer
If rifle I note runout (<.003, >.003)
Date loaded
