I say magnum pistol loads, unless you start loading for something like .22 Hornet, I works quite well with 40 to 55 grain bullets in .218 Bee as well.

I tried it in .41 mag. Loads shot with decent results. Though I switched to AA#9 and it works well enough I have stuck with it.
