It can be done. Many 9mm P barrels are oversize anyhow.
The key is whether a loaded round will chamber freely. If the cartridge is tight in the chamber and the brass cannot expand to release the bullet, it will cause more pressure rise than the slightly larger bullet going down the barrel.

Load one and see if it drops in the chamber and rattles around like a factory load. If it does, then do a few and see if the nose shape lets it feed.
