Why did you call it that? This stock was never used by any military, anywhere.
The under-folder, and later the side-folder stocks were made for soldiers like paratroopers.
And Plumbnut, you bring up something I have wondered about. Is the receiver different for those thumbhole stock AKs, such that you can't put regular butt-stocks and pistol grips on them?
Then there is the question of legality of the above modification......
