Your post probably belongs in a different area. But I'll take a stab at it.
I would not recommend it. There are two issues. First is rifle primers are harder than pistol primers, so your gun may not reliably ignite them. Second, is rifle primers are going to be a bit stronger than pistol primers. That probably won't cause damage, but its not ideal either.
I'd be more comfortable using small magnum pistol primers than rifle primers. Most of the stores I've seen still have those.
