How is this hunter harrassment?
This man was committing ARMED TRESSPASSING, a felony in many states.
I know D.A's like to stack charges, but really? If you tell a tresspasser to get off your land you can be charged with harrassment? It matters that he was hunting?

Another thing to consider-
IF he accidentally fell, (through no fault of the land owner) would his family be able to sue the land owner?
Stranger things have happened in today's sue happy enviroment.
