Don't fill it with with pistols, add some rifles and a shotgun or two!
Something else you could look at is maybe modifying an extra closet, I'm trying to work up something myself, reinforced door/frame, heavy duty lock, locking rack inside, etc. The only downside is it'd have to be your own house, unless you have a
very understanding landlord.
