It's a manta ray fish from ,,,
But not the big ones from the ocean.
The skins are a by-product of the Asian food industry.
I had some left from when I managed a Tandy Leather store.
It's fairly tuff but not real thick,,,
I've made larger holsters with these,,,
I usually bond it to 7-8 or 8-9 ounce leather.
The frog skin was in a box of odd lot exotic skins,,,
Sometimes the customers never got to see the good stuff.
