@tynman- Are you not a collector? Seeing as NJ doesnt recognize C&R any firearm can be a collector firearm. Also guns are not readily available so there is a fair chance that any handgun you see will not be available in 30 days.
I dont plan on using the form. I did just pick up 4 permits under 1 application. I dont know who is telling you your limited. Time is the only limiting factor that im aware of.
