I have a couple of Thompson 50 cal Hawkens. Got them about a month ago, used...

I ran across a new old stock Thompson Center 7210 front globe sight. I'm wanting to find a peep sight to go with it.

Williams has an FP-Hawken peep sight but I was wondering if it will be high enough to work with the Thompson front globe sight.

Any thoughts or would a Lyman vernier type sight work better?

I also wondering if the Lyman front globe sight would fit the dovetail on the Hawken.
