If you're referring to the maneuver know popularly as the "Border Shift", where an empty sixgun in the shooting hand is replaced with a full-loaded one from the non-shooting hand via tossing both guns into the opposite hands at the same time, the answer is "yes" - I do believe I remember da Lone Stranger character doing that a time or two over the years.
I don't know if it was Clayton Moore, or a stuntman that subbed for him, that actually performed it, though.
