A pair of 1847 Ubertis


The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - a trio of 1849's. The top one was plowed up in a field here by my grandfather in about 1941 and has a name & date scratched into the butt; C Smith April 29, 1861. The second is another original Colt, and the bottom is a modern reproduction.

There are several more that I don't have pics of - 1851 Griswold & Gunnison's, 1860's, and 1861's.
