Loaded question....pun intended.
If you have one or two guns to feed expanding your collection might be a priority. If you have quite a few mouths to feed then ammo becomes more of a priority.
In my case I have
(3) Shotgun gauges / bores
(11) Rifle calibers
(8) Handgun calibers
And the 22 RF flavors for both rifle and handgun.
As you can see; it is a matter of perspective.
