I have been looking at
www.trackofthewolf.com for a summer project. They have some excellent quality kits from Brown Bess to trade rifles. I like the simplicity Leman Trade Rifle and will probably go for it. I think I will do a quality Kentucky style this winter. I used to work with a cabinet maker so the wood working should not be much trouble. Does anyone know of other web sites with similar qualiy kits?
