I agree with John.
There are many street proven designs that have worked well for LEO for some years now so I'll stick with what's proven.
Gold Dot, HST, Ranger, Golden Saber...
According to an article in the American Rifleman last year (when the stuff first came out) Hornady intentionally designed it to underperform with respect to the FBI/IWBA penetration criterion.
Basically they decided that most civilian shootings only required 10" of penetration instead of a 12" minimum.
As a result, there are a lot of folks who won't even consider this ammo for carry and I'm among them.
Hornady ought to just run the FBI series of tests and publish the data, then let the chips fall where they may.
As far as I know, they have not done this yet.
