i surprised myself by never doing this to one of my own guns. however, every single used one i have ever bought has this mark.

i was this way with my first series 80 when i did a complete disassemble (i mean down to the bare frame) when i was putting wilson combat fire control components (trigger, springs, sear, hammer, etc.) in my colt defender. it has some extra pieces that weren't around in the series 70. threw me off until i watched a good old youtube vid.
