I use a sigma in an IWB holster. It is a full sized 4" semi, but I can wear it with just jeans and a t-shirt and you cant even tell it's there. I guess it is all about what holster you use though.

I love my sigma .40ve. It has never jammed in about 1000 rounds. Very accurate and very lightweight. The best part is it only cost me $325.
