first opinions [pdf] suggesting the application of strict scrutiny to regulations of 2nd Amendment rights.
James Feldman represents Chicago in this case. Apparently his dissembling and stammering in orals for
McDonald v. Chicago weren't grim enough, and they decided to give him a second chance.
