Some of the remarks reflect a lack of staff training & admin issues(supervision).
Gun shops or FFL holders need sales staff or clerks that meet different standards then others in retail.
Like I said to my friend buying his 1st firearm. "Guns are not like toasters or DVD players."
Sales & commissions are important but these employees should use ethics & concern for 2A issues/safe methods.
