Watch the slide lock issues and don't let Kimber tell you your doing something wrong if you end up sending it back. I had slide lock issues and they told me it was improper assembly. Well what I did is take off both grip panels and see what was really going on when the mag was inserted. What I found out was the mag follower was ending up on the side of the slide stop when inserted. This happened at random times and could only be prevented be pushing the mag towards the stop while inserting the mag. This means the mag had to much play in the grip well.
