I had a 40 UC
It was 100 reliable, and accurate
But
It seemed to have much harsher recoil than other 40s i have owned
Its width was too thick for comfortable IWB carry
And a much smaller issue, The slide was splotchy
It was replaced .....
Shield 40 today.....
