In states where it is illegal to Conceal Carry, or in the event that the Concealed Carry age is 21, but the subject at hand is between 18 and 21, do you still carry? Of course this is all hypothetical, but suppose I am 18, and live in Illinois. I love my life more than I fear the Government. Therefore, I carry despite the laws. What say you?
