here the ONLY weapons that get any paperwork that is assigned to them is a class III item or similar restricted by the ATF requiring a tax stamp to be on file for that weapon.

We get people all the time at the shop asking about where to register a gun, we tell them the same thing every time, NOT IN FLORIDA. Read your local and state laws.
