What would I do? One doesn't know until faced with a situtation, but I might be inclined to draw, plug my right ear with my left hand (deaf in left ear, anyway) and shoot with my right.
My windows are semi tinted, so I'd probably be able to seem him better than he's see me. Driving quickly away would be wise if the option was available.
