After using my RCBS kinetic bullet puller for 15 years, it broke. I called RCBS to see if they honored their Lifetime Warranty and they did! Four days later the new Bullet Puller was delivered to my house. Most of my reloading equipment is RCBS and it will stay that way. Highly recommend RCBS.
