My Perrazi catalog lists 12 choke sizes from 0 to 1.1-mm (0.043") in 1/10-mm increments. The four tightest of them would be called full, full, x-full and x-full using US conventions (my Remington trap gun came with three different full chokes). I'm guessing the long shot was made with at least a 1.1-mm constriction.
