Does FL allow out of state/part-time residents to have a handgun? I think FL has an out-of-state CC permit, is WA a reciprocal state? What are his rights of owning a handgun in FL with no permits?
In the state of Florida anyone who is legal to own a firearm being a resident of another state may posses a firearm/handgun legally. You may keep in your vehicle, carry it in a gun bag to your motel room. You CANNOT CARRY IT CONCEALED without a permit

Not anymore. I wish it were $35 a year. 2 cars and a m/c set me back $160
