My experience with customer service is that you have to depend on an idiot who knows nothing quite often these days and they misrepresent the company.
This particular Glock has issues with brass in the face. My friend took his back where he bought it and they fixed it. Gun works flawless.
I had a new customer added to my list because a competitor (who is the big boys around here) failed to do something right and then when he called he talked to a secretary that should have passed it to someone else, but thought she could handle it.
