I bought these on the Kahr website. I think Hogue makes them to Kahr's specs and design. I bought the checkered grips about 2 years ago, and the smooth grips about 4-5 years ago. Wood color varies a lot, but I was very pleased with both of these. The checkering was really aggressive though and needs some wear to be comfortable. Prices are really good, too, compared to Hogue grips direct.
I bought a set of Hogue wood grips for my P245 and didn't really care for the color at all. Didn't look like their pic. I kept them though, thinking I would like them more as I got used to them. Wrong! Oh well. I've actually put the factory plastic back on.

My old MK9, smooth Kahr grips.

My newer MK9, checkered Kahr grips.

My P245, with Hogue grips.
