Most of us knew this was coming. The anti-Second Amendment crowd was waiting for the right moment and that moment has finally arrived. The bodies of the victims had not yet been removed from the school, when the talking heads on MSNBC began vilifying gun owners, the NRA and anyone else who might oppose them. Facts and reason will not matter; nor have any part in what's coming. New laws will be based purely on emotion.
The new laws will be referenced not as "gun control laws" but rather "gun safety laws." Get ready; for we are at the beginning stage of a titanic struggle over the Second Amendment and the very nature of individual liberty.
