That's a good point, I just kind of assumed he's a decent shooter. However the action bedding and accustrut can be done on the cheap if you're handy. You could also do the poor man's trigger job and polish all the engagement surfaces in the trigger group which is what I did to mine. It didn't make the trigger any lighter but it did make it a whole lot smoother and easier to shoot well. You can look at home made barrel struts at
