advertised as such ... remington 870 12 ga. hd/tactical gun

very nice 870 set up up for hd. ( ? ) ( has pistol grip )
it is a "talo " model ( owner states it is fairly rare )
has installed butler creek folding stock and pro mag tri rail fore end . also includes original talo furniture .

$350 as advertised ..... but did not state this was " firm " price

is this in line , price wise ? this gun is not very far from me and i can arrange to see it in a day or two.
