The cylinder throat enlarging kits are for situations where the throats are smaller than the bore. In your case this is not so, and your gun is considered perfect. It seems that your lube is at fault and will not allow 900 fps velocities. You should try a hard lube designed for magnum applications or rifles. Or you can try a soft gas check (thin sheet of wax/ use case as a cookecutter).
