that being said... let's give an example.
You live in Pa. during the Spring, Summer & Fall and spend Dec - March down in florida with the rest of the crowd. (you have a PA D.L. and all your other id says PA) Is it possible to go to Don's gun shop in Tampa and buy a handgun and take it back to the condo in Saint Pete?
