Akkiant has the info posted on their website in the reloader's guide--for EXACTLY this load..............http://www.alliantpowder.com/reloade...46&bulletid=91

They post MAX load info only, so be careful and start lower..............the fed 205m is a match primer, same as the 205, just inspected more carefully.
