It's a real pain...I figured since the rest of the stock is so nice...I'm going to keep it and try and make it work. If I file a claim for insurance and all, I'm still out a stock that couldn't be replaced for the same money...so, I'll consider the missing chunks of wood to be character scars...
The seller offered to refund all my money including shipping but I would have to send the stock back...still...what's wrong with these folk. Maybe they don't know how rough the carriers UPS, USPS, FedEx...etc are on these packages...oh well...
