The Brady lawyer is full of it...the gag law no more violates First Amendment rights than HIPPA does
Did the Brady folks thing the NRA was going to sit this dance out after they worked hard to get the law passed.
Simply put if the doctor sticks to his medical procedures in dealing with you then he or she has no biz asking about what you own or do not own. Then he does not have to worry about the gag law.
