If you can find a CZ Kadet, great; you could also look for a Kadet conversion kit, which is what I did. It works with my P01s and my SP01.
This was shot at 10 yards, 70 rounds with the Kadet mounted on a P06 (recently sold the P06):
It's accurate enough; it may require some filing to get it to fit the rails on your particular CZ, but nothing major; it functions well.
The only thing I don't like about it is that the magazine ears really prick at the fingers when loading; they are very narrow. The magazine is basically a .22LR magazine built into a full-size 9mm magazine outer shell.
The conversion kit comes with 2x 10rd magazines, and its own slide stop.
