Want even more consistency? Pull the bullets, and weigh each powder charge. Figure out the average charge. If you have a big enough scale, weigh all of the powder, dividing by number of charges to get your average charge. A lack of powder charge uniformity causes a great deal of accuracy loss in the surplus stuff. Wolf makes great primed brass.
