I've picked up quite a few really good used guns from Gander, at some great prices.
Not all of the time, but once in a while, a really nice used gun gets through the price book, and is for sale really cheep.
You have to be ready to make the deal real quick when this happens.
Like I said, a couple of weeks ago they had the K38 Target Masterpiece for sale with the book price of the regular newer Model 14. Looking at the serial number, I new that it was pre 14 and in pretty much mint condition with custom Herrett grips.
I jumped on that one real fast.
I agree with all of the guys talk of high prices, but if you know what you are doing you will do OK there. Also their cloths are to me, the best.
I guess it's all what you are looking for.
