WA Resident write your legislators lets get this passed. New bill as of 01/31/2013

As I read it the bill it exempts all firearms manufactured in the state of WA from Federal legislation and all firearms currently owned in the state if I'm reading it correctly. But I'm not terribly good at reading legalese.
