What I am saying is that the lawyers don't care how it shoots. They care about advising the company managers in such a way that they don't get sued.
You will likely wind up with a different charge for conicals than you will for round balls. But the lawyers could not care less.
I promise that I will not get on my lawyer soap box. When I do I never get off and this is not the place for it.
