What's on the list of "2,258 legitimate hunting and sporting rifles and shotguns"?
Does the bill include a process to add firearms to the "Prohibited" list, and if so, how would the process work? The key is this: is further legislation required, or can it be done by a bureaucratic regulations or (gasp) executive order?
